Apartment was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Plenty of on-street parking right outside of the property that felt very safe. Location of the property was excellent but not at all noisy. Bergues is a lovely town to visit. Eric was a very kind and friendly host, who came to meet us on arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, shared good advice on places to visit and came back to meet us on checkout. We would definitely stay again, either as a group of friends or as a family.

Communication with host was brilliant. Having two bedrooms and a lounge is so much better than a pokey hotel room.

Eric was very helpful. The location is fantastic and the whole town is walkable. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the parking in the area is all free. We felt very safe in the town for the few days we stayed. We stayed here primarily for easy access to Plopsaland de panne in Belgium, but found this was also close to Dunkirk and spent a lot of time at the local beach. We would recommend the property to anyone.

Lovely little town with a supermarket nearby and a bakery around the corner. The host was very friendly, welcoming us when we arrived and giving us good tips about the area (in good English). The rooms were comfortable and had blackout blinds on the windows. Cooking facilites were enough for our purposes (including a kettle and a dishwasher).

I have stayed at 30 places through booking in the last two years. This one was by far the best. The owner was very helpful with booking e-bikes for tours in the area. He gave us useful tips for the trip. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need, such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer etc. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The bedroom was perfectly dark for a quality sleep.

The location was excellent . We loved the town walk and the Walls walk. Visited the Waffle factory on Eric's recommendation and purchased some to bring home. Very pleasant hosts.

Our stay in Bergues was wonderful and we shall definitely be returning. The town was charming and friendly. Our accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed and more. You could very easily self cater at this property but the local restaurants were excellent too. Our host Eric was fantastic, he ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and provided valuable local information. Thank you Eric!
