“One of the best holidays we have ever had”

The property was clean, fully and thoughtfully equipped and easy to navigate. The host was wonderful in providing everything we needed; we had a baby with us. We were sorry to only stay 4 days , we would have loved to be there longer!

Lovely to have a garden and swimming pool and 2 terraces to sit in the sun and the shade. Large comfortable bed. Good TV. Plenty of off road parking and room on covered veranda to store bikes. Good cooking facilities. 15 minutes walk or short cycle into the centre of town and close to the river.

As the weather wasn't great for May, we made good use of the sun room on the side of the property, kitchen was well fitted out, though could have done with a baking tray for the oven. Made use of the pool a few times which was just about warm enough for swims. The pool was very clean. Convenient for walking into the town

“Great place to stay”

Very tastefully decorated, spacious property with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and comfortable and located in a quiet area where it was possible to relax, whilst also being no more than a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Great location for those driving and looking for a base to explore the region. Communication with hosts was great, and their responses to queries very prompt. Definitely somewhere I'd want to stay again.

The house was very clean and comfortable and the decor was very stylish. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. There's also a lovely decking area with table and loungers looking on to the pool. The owners were extremely helpful. The house is an easy 15 minute walk into the town and a 10 minute walk to a supermarket.

Kitchen was well equipped - everything you need and more. House is beautifully decorated and bedrooms are a lovely size. Really nice outdoor space too where we enjoyed a BBQ and swimming in the pool. Easy to walk into town (15 mins) if you don’t have a car. Just overall a wonderful stay.

This was a beautiful house in a wonderful area with all amenities and comforts that you would want. The communication with the host was excellent. We greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this lovely house and highly recommend it.

Big, airy, with excellent (and quiet) aircon. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice lounge. Decking both front the and back, with table, chairs and parasol.

Gite was lovely, great family holiday! Would definitely return to Bergerac! Great location, lovely walks. Visited lac de pombonne which was a good day out, nice to have a swim with the high temperatures. Air conditioning was a necessity and really nice to come back to after being out. Had lots of meals out in different restaurants, food excellent! Taxi from airport cost around 15 euro.
