Great location - really handy for exploring Bergen, especially proximity to the harbour for fjord tours. Very plentiful buffet breakfast. Nice area to chill out in the lobby, and a roof terrace was a bonus (although it was 2°C). Quite a late standard check out was handy (12:00)

We had a very nice time at this hotel. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly throughout our stay. The room was nice, clean and practical. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The breakfast was also wonderful, offering a great start to the day. A special thanks for the ground floor lounge area! After checking out and exploring the city, we could comfortably wait there before our evening flight. It was so nice to feel truly welcome and not be rushed or bothered even after we had officially checked out.
