Amund’s Apartment was so lovely. The rooms are comfortable, generous in size - and I had a view of Bergen harbour out the window. Everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment was well equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, a heater, hair dryer - all you could need. The washing facilities downstairs were also very useful. Beds were also so comfortable!

I liked the area - not too far to walk into the town centre and yet away from the crowds. I was in a ground floor apartment, so no view, but it had all you need and I would stay there again

This ideal apartment combines style and functionality, featuring simple, user-friendly kitchen appliances and furniture while making the most of the charm of the historic, antique building. Every detail of the room, aged gracefully over time, is picture-perfect. From the windows facing the alley, I could feel the breeze and take in the beautiful greenery, while the kitchen window, which offers a partial view of the harbor, allowed me to enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere and the sound of foghorns. Just being in this room allowed me to fully immerse myself in the charm of Bergen. Communication with Amund and Greta was excellent and truly heartwarming. I am a traveler in my 60s who loves traveling alone, and while I had thought this might be my last trip, after actually staying here, I found myself hoping to somehow return to this city and this apartment. Thank you, Amund and Greta, for the wonderful travel memories!

Interesting locality - good for centre and port. It was warm, bed was comfortable , water was hot. The hosts willingly stayed up for a late arrival.

The apartment is very cosy and is located in my favourite part of Bergen. I had the chance to speak briefly with Amund and Greta on separate occasions they were both very friendly and welcoming. But also completely unobtrusive.

“A lovely stay”

It was close to city centre and we were allowed to keep our bags in another room while we roamed the city after check out. Greta and Amund were were communicative which is also very helpful

The location was excellent. Kitchen equipped enough to make a hot meal. The view was nice over the harbour and instructions provided by the host easy.

The proximity to the city, groceries and a coffee shop! We liked being able to prepare our own food occasionally.

A charming top floor apartment within one of the oldest Bergen wooden houses. Contained all we needed for a comfortable 7 days. Ideally placed to see all the attractions Bergen offers, including a delightful Cafe Bistro nearby.

Everything was great! Great room to feel yourself in historical Norway:)

Amazing view of the harbour, clean, good position,

The hosts communicated well with us, and accommodated an early check in which was very much appreciated. We arrived to Bergen by ferry from Sogndal and it was a short walk from the pier. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Very easy to access extra towels or other important items. Location was excellent - a quiet street very near the city centre and Bryggen. Walkable to most everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed lunch at Lovetann Cafe down the street (great option for vegetarians) and seeing a movie at USF Verftet, both within 3 min walk either way.
