Overview
The apartments of the Salzbergalm offer a wonderful and direct view of Berchtesgaden village centre and the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps. Offering free WiFi, the accommodation is just a 5-minute drive from the village centre. Each apartment is fully equipped with a free on-site parking space as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Some apartments also have a balcony or a terrace. Many spectacular hiking and mountain bike trails directly pass the Salzbergalm apartments.

“Really lovely, great hot tub & amazing views”
We stayed in apartment 1 which has the best view in my opinion, watching the morning break over Berchtesgaden ahead of our hike was very tranquil. We loved using the hot tub & sauna, and the honestly fridge was great for immediate cold drinks too. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the loaf of bread provided was delicious.

The view from rooms 1 and 2 are splendid. There are rooms on the back, without view. The saunas an spa is fantastic. Everything here is very very nice. 3km from Kehlstein, Königssee. A jewel in apartments rental.

“High above the mountains overlooking Berchtesgaden”
This place is unbelievable. High above the mountains with incredible views over Berchtesgaden. The kitchenette was fully equipped, we loved preparing our meals and sitting on the balcony overlooking the alps. The sauna and spa was our highlight after a day of exploring. Highly recommended ! We will be back.

“Thank you to our hosts I only have good things to say and wonderful memories of there beautiful home”
The location was fantastic. Getting around was easy we either took the tram a few minutes walk away from the hotel or drove. Driving was a bit challenging with the windy roads. We were close to so many beautiful destinations such a beautiful peaceful place. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying there.

The location is great, spa ready for use and the accomodation was great. I would just prefer to have the balcony to the town view. Lovely place.

Fantastic view and facilities, especially for the price. Room was spacious and clean and plenty of parking. The beer fridge and daily bread was a very nice touch.
