The breakfast was included in the stay and fairly good... we had to wait 20 mins for having eggs, but at the end they managed to boil some :)

Very accessible, clean, everything I needed was there. The grounds & garden where amazing , the breakfast hall was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I ever had in any property I visited. It was plenty it was fresh. The coffee was suburb that was not one thing I could’ve foulted. We had a slight issue and concern and the staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently and made us feel cared for and safe.

The location is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The breakfast was good – not exceptional, but definitely satisfying with a decent selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The administrator was especially accommodating – he agreed to change our room upon request and answered all our questions in a polite and professional manner.

The view of our room is very nice because of the mountain views. The place is very relaxing.

I wish I stayed here for several days and not just one night. I didn't know that there was so much hiking to do in the area and honestly you could just sit around doing nothing and enjoy the views. The hostel was wonderful, I did not expect to be waking up to snow capped mountains from the balcony. It also had one of the nicest kitchen spaces of anywhere I've stayed in my last month in Germany. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast included in the stay had a large variety of foods, and you can play ping pong, billiards, air hockey, etc. downstairs. Walking down the hill you can also catch a bus to Ramsau/Hintersee area which makes for a great day trip.

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey, on a night with temperatures around –10°C, expecting nothing more than a safe and warm place to rest. To our absolute shock, when we entered the room, it was already occupied by other guests. Yes — our reserved room had been given to someone else. There was no manager, no staff member, no responsible person on site to address or resolve the situation. No emergency contact, no immediate assistance, no accountability. We attempted to reach Booking, but given the late hour and the lack of available hotels nearby, we were left with no alternative. We were forced to spend the night inside our car in freezing –10°C temperatures. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a serious health risk. A property that cannot ensure: – proper reservation control – on-site responsibility – emergency support – basic guest assistance should not be operating as accommodation. This experience was not only disappointing — it was unsafe, irresponsible, and deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend this place under any circumstances.

Very clean, big room for family. Perfect to accommodate all. Even got two traveling cots for the twin babies even though I requested only 1. Including towels and bedsheets so we didn't have to bring anything.

The breakfast was really nice with plenty of options and even few vegan ones. The hospitality kitchen is well equipped and provides some free teabags.

The vibe was very friendly and welcoming, both staff and guests! The location was easy to get to. The facilities were clean.

The ord is wonderful. So frithful, quiet, and natural. The staff are always on hand and helpful as well; being attentive and thorough with what the Herberg has. The breakfast is locally sourced and taps into the organicness of the ord. WiFi works and although it has blocks on some applications (like YouTube), I can understand as there are children there as well, and I guess the facility has their security at heart. Brilliant and would happily hearken others to go.
