Location is great, right in the town centre. 10 min walk to bus station. Outdoor pool/hut tub is amazing and makes the hotel. Stunning views from the terrace pool. Sauna really nice and large indoor pool. Breakfast really good. Very comfortable hotel

The reception was short staffed. They should have a dedicated concierge . The reception always looked harassed when you asked them sight seeing questions . I had an incident in the breakfast room when one of the staff moved my bag because someone ws Ted that table. . There were no allotments of tables at breakfast time. I received no apology from management even though others have said the management tries to meet all new clients

The hotel was very comfortable and is a superb location both for the town and exploring the area. The staff were so helpful and could not take enough trouble to solve your problem. The rooms were a good size and the breakfasts excellent. The ground floor restaurant had a good menu and, again, very helpful staff.

Room spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and spoken english generally very good which is good for us hopeless linguists. Excellent choice and quality at breakfast. Evening meal options also very good. Public areas attractive and comfortable. Spa excellent.

The location is excellent and the facilities are just as good. The Spa, pool and selection of saunas was great - the staff were super helpful, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable.

Restaurant was exceptional considering we stayed on Dinner/ B&B. The Restaurant / lounge area is a nice place to be. Pool / spa facilities also excellent with panoramic views. Staff very welcoming. Parking available in adjacent under ground car park with its own section for the hotel, this was very convenient.

Lovely hotel with great service. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice and good quality. Parking was convenient under the hotel with a pass provided so we could come and go. Location is perfect for exploring.
