Li was incredibly sweet and helpful upon arrival. She goes above and beyond to cater to her guests too!! We had access to a full bed and bath, laundry machine, and mini kitchen (including utensils, bowls, cups, etc). The beds were comfy and clean. I really enjoyed having a personal sink in the room as well- good for brushing teeth and getting ready! Li got us city bus passes for the days we were there which was very helpful. She also gave us a mini tour of the area while guiding us to her family restaurant, which had tasty Chinese food and beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel is a short walk or bus from the main train station. I would recommend staying here if you’re travelling to Berchtesgaden :)

Close to center of town. Room was comfortable and facilities catered for. Good budget option to stay in Berchtesgarten.

Walking distance to bus stop for train station and Konigssee. Hostess advise us how to take bus and schedule.

The most utilities and wacky useful lebensmittel i have ever witnessed. The host is an adventure to be sure but if you know a little German it's easier, but there is an option to use google translate. Tbh, for the price this was superb. Any people in the comments complaining have super high standards and yeah, youre not getting the bristol experience, but you are getting a comfortable stay to say the least

My room has a tap and sink, which was very nice. However i am not sure whether every room has this. The host are very welcoming. There is free coffee and ginger tea outside the room, which is very heart warming and considerate. The bathroom and toilet are very clean.

The room is spacious, very clean. Location is in the city centre, only 1 stop from main station. Good lighting. Bathroom very clean & spacious. There is a washing machine

The guest card provided by the hostess is very helpful for taking local buses free of charge and applying discounts for local attraction admissions.

Location is amazing right in the old town - host does not speak English but got there with google translate! Shared bathroom but with a separate toilet was not a problem at all Room was a little basic but perfectly functional and very reasonably priced would certainly stay there again You have to pay a local tourist tax only a few euros depending on your stay but in return you get a transportation ticket valid on local trains and busses and we found it saved more than we had to pay!

Very nice, clean and cosy place to stay. Great location with nearby shops and bus station all within walking distance. The room is on the 3rd floor and needs to walk up the stairs, but that's no big deal. We had a good time staying here. Thanks for the hospitality.

The host is very friendly. The public bus from berchtesgaden train station to zentrum bus station is free. Guest cards have been provided. Therefore, all the public buses are free.
