Everything was just perfect – the holiday house was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen was equipped better than many homes we’ve seen, which made our stay extra comfortable. The hosts were absolutely delightful and welcoming; upon our arrival we even received delicious fresh eggs from their own hens. If we ever come back to the Königssee area, we will definitely choose this place again.

Great location, spacious with large walk around balcony, In the hills so no business such as in towns, double glazing meant couldn’t hear cow bells though very relaxing when on balcony. 2 loos comfortable and designed for easy use basic functional clean and comfortable, spacious with accommodation on first floor accessed by stairs which may be issue for those with mobility needs. Few hundred metres from Rossfeld panoramic toll, and actually on the panoramic road with amazing near and distant views. Owners live on small farm and next door. Great to sit on balcony see animals, rural life and enjoy coffee in fresh air. Amazing views and though rural mostly 10 minutes drive from attractions such as salt mine Eagles nest locally and only 30 mins from Salzberg. Great walking in area with pub next building couple hundred metres away. Would recommend to friends and return again As host has limited English and we spoke no German was very friendly but limited communication
