Fabulous location with such helpful hosts, giving us tips on places to go and sorting out the local tourist cards for bus travel. Warm welcome and apartment couldn’t be faulted.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was so clean, cleaner than anywhere we had stayed before. Everything we needed was provided, and we truly felt at home. If we come back again, we will definitely stay here.

Very beautifully done up, uncluttered, functional and modern interior. Spacious bathroom, panoramic view of the mountain peaks. Just walking distance from amenities like the HBF, lovely bakery, several supermarkt and even easy hiking trails. Well stocked with everything you might need for prepping your own meals. It was so clean that it felt completely brand new.

Very unreliable system to receive any information on check in, lock box information and where the room is. The email stated that there would be a reception desk, however, it turned out an email was not sent to me regarding the important information.

It was extremely well prepared, well organised, new, super clean. Great location very close to market and bakery. Owners were very thoughtful, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Owners had gifts for us. You can find all amenities that you need in a home. All new and good quality. Big space. Lots of storage and balcony.

Overall we are satisfied with our stay, the apartment was clean, had a great window view towards Watzman and Hochkalter, it's located super close to the supermarkets and the railway station and has a free dedicated parking spot. Drive to the Königssee parking takes less than 10 min so it's quite comfy if you arrive by car.

Pictures as described, central location quiet and everything we needed. One thing not mentioned in the description is how central and easy to get about on public transport from the location it was, which was an added bonus. Such a beautiful area we would have loved to stay longer!

The location was excellent, with a great view of the mountains. Our hosts were easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful bright appartment, very well equipped in an area with a lot of trekking trails. The owners are very nice and helpful. It's possible to arrive late (key box available). Highly recommended!

it’s a very well designed property, we stayed in the attic apartment. the location is super convenient- close to the train station, bus stop, super market and some restaurants. everything is provided for a comfortable stay. the owners are nice, cheerful, and super responsive. we had a good time.
