The property is very central to old Berat, but has free parking within the Villa’s grounds. It is easy to explore Berat on foot from there, so it is ideally situated. The family is very friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely breakfast each morning. We really enjoyed and would definitely recommend

Centrally located, within walking distance of everything. Super friendly hosts who prepare breakfast for you personally. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside in the garden. Free parking right outside the door. The host is also happy to help you park and unpark your car.

The house is very well located, and we managed to discover the nice city of Berat without having to take the car (as you can park the car in front of the house). The family took good care of us, very helpfull and we also had a nice breakfast in the morning, which is highly appreciated. I definitely recomend!

“Good stay in Berat”
The best things about our stay here were location and breakfast. We got the ground floor room - it was comfortable but difficult to open windows for privacy. The staff was nice but unreachable at times. Good stay in Berat

“Perfect choice - good location”
Our hosts were very kind. We were only guests in that villa and even though we arrived at 11 pm they were waiting for us. We could even leave our car there until afternoon. Highly recommended :)

“Perfect place to stay!”
The room was delightful! The Villa was close to everything. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, fruit, pastries, tea,coffee all prepared and cooked to perfection! Served in the walled garden!Nice one Mom! Everybody was very helpful! Just perfect!
