I really liked the property t was well-maintained and very welcoming. The owner was also extremely attentive, making sure over the phone that we had everything we needed and even recommending a great place for dinner. His attention to detail really stood out.

Everything. Spacious, clean, well-designed. Two fully equiped bedrooms both with private bathrooms, a spacious living room with an additional bathroom as well. Fully equiped kitchen, beautiful terace, three smart TVs...etc.

“Fantastic stay!”
Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Grigor! The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is great with it being a short walk into the centre of Berat. There is a beautiful terrace area to enjoy a nice quiet moment or two. Communication with the host was also fantastic. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if visiting Berat!

We got welcomed by the lovely cleaning lady who was super helpful in showing us around the huge, clean and quiet appartement. It’s located only a short walk away from centre, far enough to be quiet. 10/10

It definitely worth the price!! It only 12 minutes walking to the city centre. The apartment is clean and modern. It looks brand new and it is comfortable. Definitely recommend it! The owner is friendly as well.

“One of the best apartments in Albania”
One of the best places we stayed across Europe. The apartment is massive with high ceilings and furnished with the most up to date appliances such as brand new fridge and washing machine. There are three bathrooms in the apartment, two of them being ensuites. The apartment is perfectly located and is less than a five minute walk to the centre. The host is amazing, super helpful and always responsive. We originally booked to stay one night and once we entered the apartment we booked another one straight away. It's absolutely perfect.

“True luxury in a beautiful apartment. Highly, highly recommend”
Villa Grigor was the highlight of our trip. This is one instance where the photos don’t do it justice. This is a high end luxury apartment with so many beautiful touches. Both bedrooms are en-suite and the the living room is so spacious and bright. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The location is also perfect just a few minutes walk from the heart of Berat. Don’t hesitate in booking this place. Highly, highly recommend.
