Everything was perfect. The hosts are a lovely Family that treated us with a very warm Welcome and we got a breakfast although it was not imcluded. Also the outside place to sit is such a cozy place for breakfast or for rounding off the evening. We recommend everyone to stay here when you are in Berat.

“Exceptional”

Really friendly and helpful family. Incredibly warm and welcoming. They waited for us despite the late hour. Welcome water was waiting for us in the fridge. The room was clean, comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Good air conditioning, shower gel, hairdryer,.. Everything you need. Good wifi. Good homemade breakfast in the cozy garden. Parking in the yard. Quiet neighborhood. About 20 minutes to the center. I recommend.

“Perfect”

The room was comfortable and extremly clean like brand new. The welcome was very warm, and the family was there if we had any questions, speeking a perfect english. We then ate the traditional breakfast in the cozy garden (perfect to rest) and set off to explore the beautiful city center, which was not that far from the Vila. The familly really helped us to get back to Tirana. Thank you so much!

“Exceptional hospitality, calm, quiet and just perfect!”

This was the best place we stayed at during our whole trip to Albania! The hospitality from the hosts was way above our expectations. They were the nicest people we met in Albania by far. It’s a family run place and just lovely. Clean, quiet, comfortable, with delicious breakfast and a lovely little garden area. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with hosts as warm and welcoming as this!

“Great hosts , breakfast and place”

The family who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impressive and it is walking distance from the city centre and quiet at night. Would be happy to stay here again if I ever would go back to Berat.

The rooms are very clean and spacious with AC. They are very helpful and kind. We had no time for breakfast so they gave us some local dishes to eat on the road :) It is at walking distance (20 minutes if you walk slowly) from the touristic attractions. There is also a bus that passes next to the place and brings you directly to the city center (5 minutes) and the main bus station (15 minutes) where you can take a bus to any city in Albania.

“Lovely apartmant with family atmosfere”

The apartment is spacious. The daughter of owners speak english and was really nice and helpful. We asked about breakfast and they prepare so delicious home breakfast. I really loved home made marmelade and sweet pankakes. We regretted that we stay only one night. It was one of the best places where we stay in Albania.

“Stop looking and book this!!”

What a family team! Everything is thought of and they deliver it brilliantly! Free off road parking (they even put a sheet over the car to keep it cool) around 15 mins walk from the old town. Accommodation is very modern and clean. Breakfast is brilliant! Stop looking and just book this!!

The Host were VERY nice. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. I got a full rest during my journey. We fount the picnic table next to the door of the apartment extremely nice and convenient place to spend time. I would definitely want to visit that place again.

We traveled the Balkans with 3 friends on motorcycles and the fabulous city of Berat was our dream stop. We chose Vila Ajdinaj accommodation based on the positive recommendations of other travelers and today I am very happy to state that we did very well. A very nice, sympathetic, friendly, accommodating and helpful family takes care of the accommodation. The room was spacious enough for our sleeping needs and everywhere was perfectly clean. We also had a sitting area in the garden, which was in the shade and right in front of the entrance to the room. In the morning, we enjoyed a perfect regional breakfast in this sitting area, mostly made from home-made products. We parked our motorcycles in the spacious fenced yard of the accommodation, where they were absolutely safe. We could walk directly to the city center from the accommodation in 20 minutes. We highly recommend Vila Ajdinaj accommodation and once again, thank you very much. Milan and friends.

The room was nice and super clean, with a mini fridge! The hosts were super nice and friendly they were so thoughtful they made you feel at home! Breakfast was supper nice and they offered us food to go! I highly recommend that you stay here because it’s really nice! You have private parking good food and good people!
