Our host was so welcoming & kind, she made us feel so at home and was extremely generous. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed had the most wonderful soft sheets and was very super comfy! The only downside for a couple was it was twin but that's ok for a few nights.

Nice hosts, warm area, clean studio. Also place to leave the car.

“A nice place”

The place was very clean and the owners were very nice and friendly, they live on the other side of the villa. It is a quiet place, the location is 10 minutes walk from shops and cafe's . The house is facing north, so it doesn't get hot. There is no view from the apparent, but outside there is an open view to the mountains.

Very great little accommodation for 2 people, nice and clean, comfortable and the host is extremely kind.

This villa felt very homely, beautiful atmosphere and owner happily welcomed us to arrive . Clean, close by to town and everything was perfect!! Thank you so much Bruna. Me and my family definitely recommend you to stay here if visiting Berat! 🥰

“One of our favourite stays! Host so friendly”

Host was so friendly! We spent a huge chunk of the day just sitting at the chairs and table outside the apartment, playing with the cats, watching the tortoises, and eating the delicious byrek and grapes the host brought to us. Washing machine in the apartment which was great as we were mid-point in our trip, drying rack provided and host provided detergent. Would also recommend Byrektore Beta nearby. Apartment was very modern-feeling and well set up. Secure parking on the drive.

Clean and cozy. Owner was very helpful and wonderful person. We really enjoy our stay and if you come by car there is parking. Highly recommended this place!

“Fantastic accommodation! Fantastic hosts! Everything was so good we did not want to leave.”

Everything about this property screams “quality”. It is beautiful. It is so clean that everything looks brand new but is in fact three years old. The bed sheets were crisp white. The doonas huge. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of hot water - good shower. Kitchen was fully equiped with absolutely everything. There is a washing machine. A easy short walk to the old town. Supermarket/fruit shops/bakery all nearby. We were warmly greeted at the gate by the owner who subsequently brought us delicious pastries as a welcome gift. She arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. A delightful and caring host - a fabulous property.

“The property was easy to find and the place really lived up to our expectations!”

Very clean and had everything we needed. There were many different kitchen and home appliances, including two different coffee machines. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, so not that bad, but you can find many good and cheap bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The host was extremely friendly and had no problem with bringing us more of what we needed, for example toilet paper and kitchen paper. I very much recommend this place, 10/10!

Wonderful Stay at Villa Likaj! We had an amazing stay at Villa Likaj! The villa is beautifully maintained, spacious, and extremely clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit. The location is peaceful but still close to Berat’s main attractions. What really made our stay special was the host, Bruna. She welcomed us warmly and even treated us to homemade breakfast items ,such a thoughtful touch! We highly recommend Villa Likaj to anyone visiting Berat and would love to return in the future.

Fantastic stay in Berat. Apartment is clean, bright and very comfortable plus only a short walk to town. Bruna met us on arrival and was very attentive. We are travelling on motorbikes and being able to park the bikes inside the gate next to the apartment was a big plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Berat!

Lovely place. The host was very friendly upon arrival, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and cooking facilities were good. Couldn't find a single fault!

The hosts were so welcoming. We had a late check-in and they still greeted us with a smile. Showed us their animals, brought fruit, lent us laundry detergent when needed.

The host Bruna was very kind and welcoming! We were treated with seasonal fruits as a gesture of hospitality! Wonderful possibility to use the small terrace for relaxing evening. We would stay there again if we come to Berat!

We liked the appartment a lot. It is spacious just for the family with 2 kids. It was clean and every room equiped with airconditioning so it was perfect clima inside eventhough it was hot outside. Our children loved the kitties <3. Wifi was working perfectly.
