What an amazing stay at Hotel Rezidenca Desaret. From the moment we arrived, Iris could not have done more to help us. British Airways lost all of our luggage and we were having real difficulties dealing with the airport lost property team and the courier company. Iris went above and beyond to assist us, making calls on our behalf, translating where needed and helping us get updates. Her kindness and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. We cannot thank her enough. We stayed in Room 213 and it was honestly 11/10. The room felt brand new, was spotlessly clean and had the most incredible view from the balcony overlooking Berat. Breakfast was outstanding every morning with a great selection of fresh local food. We genuinely wished we had stayed longer. Amazing value for money. The location is perfect for exploring Berat. You're right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of everything, yet it still feels peaceful and authentic. To top it all off, we accidentally left an item behind when we checked out. The hotel immediately arranged for it to be sent to our next hotel further along our trip, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you to Iris and the whole team for such a wonderful stay. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Hotel Rezidenca Desaret to anyone visiting Berat.

Nice restaurant. Rooms were not too big, nice shower and the breakfast was great.

Stunning location & building

The team here are so welcoming to their beautiful hotel. The hotel is located right in the centre and offers convenient secure parking, beautiful views of Berat, whilst remaining peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer, thank you.

The location and staff are great. Having parking is ideal. The room is very nice and the balcony/view is truly top 5. Breakfast is really nice and the server went above and beyond. I don't eat dairy and its not common for places in Albania to have non dairy milks so when i asked if they had any the man literally ran to the shops to buy some for me

Its central location, near to the citadel, the old town, the river, restaurants, cafes etc. Car parking outside. I was very grateful to be able to participate in an online class for 2 hours on the premises after checking out.

It’s a fantastic location. In walking distance to everything, but also tranquil. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is generous, balanced, delicious and tasty. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well decorated. There is a nice garden area to the front of the hotel.
