We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Berat. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, and the convenient parking was a big advantage. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. We arrived earlier than expected and were kindly allowed to check in ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast was served across the road at one of the hotel’s sister properties. While this initially seemed unusual, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Our room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a convenient base for exploring beautiful Berat.

Excellent breakfast - in the sister hotel across a courtyard (the new hotel's restaurant is not yet open). Very comfortable large rooms. Beautiful bathroom. Quiet neighbourhood. Just 10-15 mon walk from old city and berat castle. Excellent value for money.

“Perfect Central Stay in Beautiful Berat”
Beautiful stay in Berat! The hotel is perfectly located in the center, only a few minutes walking distance from the old town. Although the breakfast room in the hotel was not yet opened, we had breakfast at the sister hotel just 50 meters away, which was absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially the lady during check-in and check-out. She is truly dedicated to her work and made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely recommended!

“Luxury stay”
This was a great stay at Plaza Berat. The rooms and hotel was beautiful. Everything was clean and crisp! Very friendly service and staff. With a great location as everything is within walking distance. A must stay when in Berat. Wish the new resturant was ready, maybe on our next visit!

Loved the historic feel to the hotel, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was adequate, good coffee. Well stocked mini bar.

“Beautiful hotel in a perfect location”
Brand new hotel in a perfect location for exploring the area. It felt like a real oasis. Breakfast was across the road until the rest of the hotel is finished but it was no problem and plenty of choice. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend

Very good hotel in old town, with promenade being 10 mins walk one can find everything from food to nearest tourist attraction. Hotel itself is new, very helpful english speaking staff.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. Everything was well maintained. Decent breakfast. Great value for money overall! Excellent service from all the staff as well, who were really helpful and kind. The location is only a straight 10 minute walk from the city centre, which made it really convenient for us to explore Berat and get around. There is also ample parking space at the back of the hotel. Thank you!
