Very close to the old town. Great room, clean and confortable. Nice pool.

“A Palace in Berat”

The location was perfect and the parking was great to have at the front door. The Hotel is the perfect place to set up base for your excursions around Berat. 5 min stroll into the historic town with lovely bars and restaurants along the way. We were met by Ken who is a very helpful and friendly receptionist. He advised on where to go and see in the area. This Hotel is extremely luxurious and the rooms, foodt and staff match the high quality offered here.

What a waste to see such a beautiful hotel in the hands of reception staff who do not seem trained for the tourism and hospitality industry. This hotel has huge potential: the building is magnificent, the city of Berat is beautiful, and the overall setting is truly impressive. Unfortunately, almost all the hotel facilities were closed, except for the restaurant. We had dinner there on our first night; it was decent, but not the “wow effect” expected from a hotel of this category. We also asked to change rooms because of dust and cleanliness issues. The bathrobes should also be replaced with better-quality ones. The hotel manager should be more involved on-site and pay attention to customer feedback, because this hotel truly has everything needed to attract many more tourists and become a top destination in the area.

“A Grand Hotel in a Lovely Town”

I liked the location, the size of the room and the grandeur of the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was supposed to have a SPA and indoors pool… No SPA, no indoor pool… total disappointment. We added an extra night stay thinking there was a SPA… and nowhere in Booking was it mentioned there was no SPA working. We asked the receptionist and his answer was: “You’re not the first asking this…” Breakfast was as well a total disappointment, the food was old, it felt like it was cooked days before.

Very beautiful building with organised facilities and helpful staff.

We found out that the noises and laughs and talks that sometimes disturbe us during our sleep in the hotel, it's because there is a diskotheque on the roof of the hotel, which is amazingly beautiful. We went upstairs and see it. But somehow somebody from the crew has to explain the visitors that the hotel is mostly for people who come to get some rest from the daily owrk and stress.
