Nikos was so welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Able to park on site. Room lovely & spacious. Shower hot. Bed fabulous- never slept so well. Breakfast was truly amazing. Setting & location fabulous. Niko exceptionally accommodating

“Lovely place / hosts in great location”

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Bathroom presented to a high standard. Free parking on site. Location perfect, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Berat - and what a lovely town Berat is. The owners are lovely, so warm, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast matched the best of the 7 places we stayed in Albania. Great value for money.

Great room, fantastic breakfast.good location

We stayed for one night and had a great time. Niko was the best host, very kind and enthusiastic. The beds were good. And the breakfast Niko made was delicious and freshly made!

Fantastic place to stay, flat access to the town with easy parking. Lovely breakfast a mix of bread, sweet breads, meat and eggs. The owners were incredibly accommodating with our arrival time with food communication and helpful in every way providing fresh towels and shower bits each day. The gardens are beautiful, parking is easy and secure and it's a lovely place to sit outside and unwind.

Rich breakfast, host cordiality, 10/15 min walking to the centre

Niko and his wife were super nice, had a fantastic stay. Totally worth it. Breakfast very tasty and generous.

Rooms are better than you expect from the outside. Niko is nice although he doesn’t really speak English. About 10min walk to centre.

Our stay with Niko was fantastic. He is always smiling and works very hard to give everyone a wonderful breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great.

The breakfast was excellent. Although the owners spoke very poor English, we still managed to understand each other. They were very friendly and helpful.

The host is really nice and welcoming. He made us amazing albanian breakfast.

Niko was a wonderful host. The breakfast was tasty and served on the terrace with a view of the castle. Location was an easy walk along the river to the town.

“AMAZING STAYING!”

Niko welcomed us in his guesthouse warmly offering us a juice made by him with the fruits of his trees. The breakfast he prepared us was delicious and plentiful as a "brunch", with fresh products and two types of delicious jam prepared by himself! The room is very clean and spacious, in less than 5 minutes walk from the center of Berat. Our stay lasted too little unfortunately. Thank you very much Niko for your hospitality, it was like being at home, even better!

Close to the city, parking and very nice breakfast

Niko is super attentive, he’s very fast when it comes to help. He makes the breakfast whenever you want it and it’s an excellent breakfast to start the day. Everything was clean and the location is super good.

This guesthouse is a little gem in Berat. Nico is the most lovable and friendly host we had during our 2 weeks in Albania. He will go out of his way to make you feel at home. A marvellous fella for whom everything is "no problem". Thank you Nico.

The brreakfast with fresh food from the garden, eggs, fruit, jam, even mountain tea ! The enthousiasm of the host !
