We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home! We lacked nothing! The absolute highlight was the breakfast area on the rooftop terrace with a view of Berat! Priceless! Parking was available right at the house!

The staff are very welcoming. The location is excellent, and complimentary on-site parking is available.

Clean but old apartment. Not the easiest to find. Helpful friendly family. Breakfast good but charged extra for a second cup of coffee. Room had balcony but no furniture. Rooftop had great views. Free parking at apartment.

Lovely friendly, spotlessly clean Guesthouse very close to the centre of Berat. Very easy to get to by car, and there were a few parking spaces directly outside the Guesthouse reserved for guests. Bed was large and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace with great views over Berat. Highly recommended!

Amazing location in Berat - the views from the terrace and balcony are stunning. Walkable distance to all main sightseeing spots. The owner is absolutely lovely, the breakfast was delicious and there is feee parking despite the central location. Overall it’s great value for money.

Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Views from the terrace were amazing. Our host was vey sweet and welcoming. Breakfast variety was very good and plentiful. Location is great for all sights and the town.

Host Mera was friendly and gave us a good overview of her place and location from the beautiful rooftop terrace which provided a sweeping view of the bridges, river and old town. And of course, we had our simple but delicious breakfast on the terrace as well! Location was excellent as there are many restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance from the property.

Host was very nice and polite. Location is perfect for the perfect view of city.

What a gorgeous hotel. We were recommended here by a friend and it was by far the cheapest of 5 hotels we had booked. It was amazing, immaculately clean, wonderful owner who was so attentive. Breakfast was perfect on the roof top terrace. Also ordered a pizza one night and played cards up there. Brilliant location - once you have carried your cases up there - but every where in berat is up hill.
