Premium service, very professional and very friendly. Nurija, Argysi and the others were very welcoming. Nurija gave my little daughter a gift from her souvenirs, a very nice gesture that touched us. The room was clean, while the view in the morning from the windows was impressive. At dinner we enjoyed homemade bruschetta accompanied by homemade yogurt, under the shade of the trees and with a magnificent view in front of us. It was a special request on our part and everything was wonderful. The breakfast was royal. We are very sure that we will visit again.

Wow- what a place: location is INCREDIBLE views are stunning- we really just couldn't get over them. The rooms were fine, but we were barely in them because honestly, those views! The staff were so, so warm and friendly, the breakfasts (bring an appetite!) were exceptional and...did I tell mention the VIEWS! There are very few places I would go back to, but this is one of them. The views, the wild horses, the snow-capped mountain, the beautiful river and the blossoms- truly heavenly.

We absolutely loved our stay here , especially if you want to experience authentic traditional culture and atmosphere . Views were absolutely stunning from this property and the apartment was very cozy . The host family was a blessing . Hospitality at it’s highest . We would strongly recommend this place .. it’s right at the top of Berat ..inside the Castle of Berat at very reasonable cost including fantastic homemade breakfast with view. Highest point with breathtaking view is just a short walk from this property .

“Beautiful Guest house, beautiful family, beautiful views”

This guesthouse exceeded our expectations! The rooms are simple but very clean and spacious. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. The water pressure was good and hot! This has not been our experience in rest of Albania so this was a pleasant surprise. The shower head needed some maintenance to stay up but it was manageable. The breakfast was amazing! You sit out on the castle wall looking over Berat new town. You receive an omelette, burek, fruit and vegetables and bread! Plus tea/coffee/ juice and a bottle of water. If you can eat all you are doing well! The staff whilst the mum cannot speak any English she still tries hard to communicate and Google does help... The wifi is also very good and for the price you pay it is such good value! The guest house is inside the walls of the castle where there is a village with other hotels and guest houses, restaurants and cafe. Google does not take you to the correct location but they will send you instructions before arrival. The castle is free to wander around and you get beautiful views down to Goric area the town with 1000 windows.

The most lovely people. The food was delicious. Location Perfect away from the main town smack bang in the castle . Spotless clean . We loved everything about it .

Location, food, decorations, service was amazing. It is a spectacular view from. It was amazing roaming around the castle runs at night with all the tourists gone. Enjoyed the concept of living above the tavern. It was not crowded or noisy at all. Easy parking.

Great location inside the old castle. Plenty of parking and gorgeous views. The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were friendly. The room is basic but has everything you need including aircon. There is a fridge outside the room, no kettle but they are happy to give you hot water at the bar etc.

The guesthouse is located in a truly charming area, inside the castle. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly and hospitable family, which made us feel right at home. The view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful. Free parking is available, which is a great convenience. And the breakfast? Delicious and homemade with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and cozy stay!

The ambience of guest house situated in castle grounds with parking right outside. Gloria and her family were so hospitable. She even got up earlier to provide a delicious breakfast so we could get to airport. Property was very clean and had lovely views from the terraces.
