The property is in a very good location close to amenities and has parking with an attendant to allocate you a place, Was very clean, extremely comfortable bed with new pillows, Child friendly, kids play area literally next to the accommodation with a coffee shop for the adults 👌🏼 100% Recommend this place!

“Great value for money with a great breakfast and staff”
A great place to stay with good size rooms and a cafe underneath which is quite popular with locals. About a mile away from the main old town for Berat but because we hired a car we had no issues. Breakfast was good along with very welcoming staff.

“Good”
The room is a bit old but quite comfortable with a minibar, A/C, several pillows, wifi, towels and toiletries. There is a bar, a restaurant and a parking. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and ready to help!

“Budget friendly apartment with great amenities”
Clean bedroom with attached bathroom. Super WiFi. Parking is available. Breakfast is amazing with great quantity. Nice welcoming staffs with friendly behaviour. It is just walkable to 1001 windows, castle. Slippers were available for three of us. Soap, shampoo, dental set available.

The hosts were very kind, the room very clean, the breakfast pretty big! The location is a bit out of town and looked a bit sketchy at first but still close to the center and not that bad once you're walking around a bit. Also had a free parking space in front of the hotel.

The hotel is perfect for a quite stay in Berat. It is located approximately from 20 minutes walk to the old city of Berat. Our bedroom was nice and the bed was really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and nice. The breakfast was amazing! A special thanks to Mateus, the receptionist of the hotel, who waited for us to checkin. Great value for the price.

Everything perfect. Begining with the staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful for each situation. The room was very clean and the most strongest point was the breakfast. Special greetings to the receptionist who welcomed us (Mateo) , very polite and always smiling. If I come again this will be my destination.

“Amazing short stay in Berat!”
The room was big, very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredible and breakfast was amazing! Th restaurant next door was really good, we had dinner on arrival and the value for money was unbelievable!
