A wonderful place to stay. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. The owner was very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the stay - it welcomed us with a traditional Albanese drink and homemade cake. The apartment is also in a great location, only about a 15-minute walk to the old town. There’s free parking right in front of the apartment main entrance.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and our room had a private balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was like new. The apartment is very modern and the host is very sweet. He was waiting to meet us and welcomed us with a drink prepared by his wife. He also brought us home-made cake and prepared coffee for us. I will stay in the same place if I have the opportunity to visit again.

The service was outstanding, the owner was always there when we needed him. He was amazing. The room was fantastic as well, just a short walk from the main area where all the restaurants are.

Very kind and caring host. He waited us on the spot. Welcome drink on spot: home made fruit juice. Super clean and well designed. Comfy bed, great sleep. Parking is safe just in front of the house. Small common kitchen: fridge+coffee. The host' wife bakes traditinal cake for breakfast for all guests. Heartwarming. Modern bathroom, super clean and fresh towels, linen. The center is in walking distance, bakery, shops, restaurants only a few minutes walk. The best place to stay in Berat for a short stay or even longer stay, really recommended!

I stayed at this apartment in Berat for 3nighs. It was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower room was modern and convenient. The welcome drink was delicious, and the host was friendly, making the stay very comfortable. The apartment is a short walk from the town center on a flat path, so it’s easy to reach, and the location is convenient.

The apartments were very clean and quiet location. The host came in the morning with cake made by his wife. The hosts son Ani was very helpful and organised taxis and gave us information on buses, wine tour etc. All around, a great experience.

Very kind host and his father. They made sure we had everything we need and that we were comfortable. It was very nice chatting with them. They brought us cake and coffee in the morning which was very lovely.

I was greeted and even picked up from the street by a friendly host who also found me a parking spot. I was offered toast with a home made beverage. The place is nice, everything was clean, it all worked and the hosts were always looking to help. Breakfast was homa made fruit tart and some coffee most days and a burek with ayran the last day. I spent most of my days in bed and recovered from food poisoning and they even helped me to visit the pharmacy and after a few nights I changed to their AAA guesthouse on the other side of town, which I also highly recommend. Truly a family business and real Albanian hospitality! The place is at a very good location

“Nice and cosy place to stay”

The room was nice and cosy with the balcony and shared kitchen. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean place and the communication with the owner was great. We even got a homemade cake in the morning. Bars and restaurants are close by, and all other places you want to discover are within walking distance. I can recommend this accommodation :-)
