The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Very near to Gunung Sibayak. Offers hiking guide service. Very clean outdoor and well maintained.

The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged our airport transfer and excursions prior to our visit. Our excursion involved climbing the volcano for sunrise, swim in the hot springs, visit to a waterfall, Buddhist temple and replica Karo house. The excursion took about 8 hours. Our guide was excellent. Winnie was very helpful with all our questions during the stay. It's about 20 minutes walk to the main town/ fruit market, we caught the local bus in and out of town which only took a few minutes.

The staff are so helpful they helped us organise everything and the room was clean and we enjoyed the hot shower. The food was good and inexpensive. Walk to the local market it is wonderful

the location is situated really near to mount sibayak, so it is nice for tourists that wants to go to sibayak. they have driver service there which will only cost you 350k rupiah (return) to go to mount sibayak. the room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is so comfortable and soft. the receptionist is so nice and polite, they even let me check in early at 10am (check in time is supposedly at 2pm) because i want to left my bag first so that i can hike sibayak. thankyou so much

Loved our stay at this hotel. Beautiful location. The room was large with a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable so could get a good night sleep. The shower had reasonable hot water. We booked a sunrise tour up the volcano through the hotel. The guide was excellent and the views are amazing. The tour also included a soak in the hot springs, a visit to a beautiful waterfall, a replica budist temple and a church.

The staff were great and good fun. Also very friendly and helpful. Hotel was ideally situated for the trek up to mount Sibyak volcano. Food was excellent!

“Be careful of scams here”

The Premium room is pretty big, but not very clean. Be prepared to have cockroaches and other flying insects in your room.

The family who own this place are amazing, some of the nicest people you will meet in Indonesia. They have so much knowledge of their home town and are willing to share. Plus, their laughs and smiles is something I’ll never forget. Info and map to volcanio was spot on.

“Exceptional place”

Cosy place with an exceptionally beautiful garden and fabulous hosts. My room was really spacious with balcony. It's just a stone-throw away from mount Sibayak. I had a great time here!
