“Remote and with real people and real life. Lovely.”
The staff are so friendly and helpful and the resort is a remote beach by a small village of real people. The rooms were huts with balconies which gave shade and the kayaks were free to use. The pool was good and the dinners were good too! Lots of cats due to the cat sanctuary owner also owning the resort!

“Authentic and relaxing”
The resort is very quiet with excellent service ranging from Sutarman, the driver, to Dewi on reception and Anna in the restaurant. All were helpful and pleasant. No bugs! The room is very comfortable with a reading table outside. I enjoyed my Bintang beer with some excellent food. Recommend the fried calamari. Beach is very flat which means that the tide goes out a long way and comes in quickly. Lots of crabs.

“Worth the visit”
Wasn't sure what to expect on arrival as it's a fair way from the Ferry Terminal but was pleasantly surprised Being a small complex it felt like you were the only ones there. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being isolated the restaurant was the only choice but the food was delicious. Take snacks and a book. Easy to unwind. Would definitely come back or recommend to friends

“Disconnect for a few days”
Not much to dislike at Roka. It was great to disconnect and just chill. Staff are all lovely and very accommodating. Ana and the ladies in the restaurant and Dewi who runs it. Loved how there is only a handful of rooms so its nice and quiet. Will recommend to family and friends and will return. Not really for kids. Good variety of food on the menu considering you have to eat there for lunch and dinner if you dont go out.

“Quite cozy getaway from city”
The peaceful atmosphere was great. Giving us cozy and chill vibes. Staff are kind. The cat I encountered few times at restaurant was pleasnat and cute. Oh they would plan to renovate this place from September 2025. I guess things would get better. I definitely would like to be back :)

Perfect resort with private beach, kayaks, infinity swimming pool, very good restaurant (delicious food and very good service), spacious and very attention to details room. You feel special when you get into this resort. The staff was very kind and they arranged everything for us. Also the driver and the tour. We didn't have to think about anything. We spent a restful stress-free romantic escape weekend.
