“Come and be surprised”
The location was fantastic! The amenities were fantastic! Tjey had a free drink bar that was a pleasant surprise and definately exceded any of our expectations wiyh everything else going on in this facility, you can even customoze the pillows, and breakfast is great, they even serve organic options. definately recomend!

“Convenient, near Beppu station, free drinks”
Very near beppu station and there is a bus stop outside. They let guests use the restaurant area to rest and take some soft drinks and coffee and tea. After 6pm there's even some free alcohol!

Great location just next to the train station, ample parking too if you driving. Onsen at the hotel was also great.

“Good breakfast, and well located.”
The breakfast was of a good standard. The staff accommodated my dietary requirements. Free tea and coffee were available from 3 pm and alcoholic drinks from 6 pm.

Welcome drinks included a good selection of local liqeur and wines. The big bath was great and the pajama was stretchy and comfortable enough to actually sleep in.

Friendly and courteous staffs. Great welcome drink with alcohol drinks, great variety nice breakfast. Easy check in and no need to check out procedure. Nice location and near to most eateries and opposite there’s a convenient Lawson shop. There’s a brewery downstairs offer great craft beers

The hotel has excellent location, just few steps from Beppu Station. The hotel onsen and facilities are higher than my expectation. It also provide luggage storage, great breakfast and welcome drink to guest.It is worth for money and I will definitely recommend to fiends.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location; near train station and amenities around. The public bath is nice and adequate. breakfast has good selection of Japanese and non-japanese selection.

“Exceptional hotel, convenient location”
The hotel is right in front of Beppu Station, with bus stops along the road too. The room is cosy with a large bed and I loved that you can pick your own pillow firmness! The lounge was very relaxing and they also provided free drinks in the evening. The onsen was amazing and bigger than expected and accessible late at night/early morning (best part was you could see how full it was from your tv so you know when it's a good time to go to the onsen). The complimentary breakfast was also lovely, although there wasn't many options. Staff also speak English and are very patient. One of them took the time to recommend me dinner spots!

Room is more spacious than I expected, the bed is huge and there is a small sitting area. The pillow provided in the room is quite heavy and hard, but you can pick out a pillow you like in the lobby (there is quite a variety) Breakfast was delicious. Coin Laundry is available in the hotel, it gets the job done and is quite fast (1hr for wash and dry)
