Very helpful and accommodating staff. Exceptional services and attitudes. They even cleaned our car! Cleanly kept rooms and private baths, which are wonderfully furnished in different themes and types of onsen. Nice meals made with freshly picked ingredients.

The Japanese room that we stayed has a private bath. The balcony view from the room is breathtaking overlooking the city and Beppu Bay The hotel offers 4 family bath free to use in addition to the public bath was a big plus point. My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the hotel. The services provided by the staff was top notch with Japanese hospitality in every aspect.

“it was a comfortable modern ryokan with private family onsens”
There was a lounge to get drinks, the tatami room was big enough for 4 people, and the food was great! I also liked the private onsen in room as well as the family onsen in the property

there were 4 private onsens available for use, no reservations required, one could walk in to use it when it's available. room was okay, there was a toilet in the room but no shower (have to go to the onsen to shower).

“beyond expectation”
Dinner is awesome. Service is great. Staff could communicate in English and being very helpfel. Minibar at the lobby is fabulous. I have difficulty in finding parking place. I am sure it is clearly marked in Japanese. Unfortunately, I could not read Japanese. Nevertheless, staff guild us to parking spot right way at sight of my car approaching. Just small turbulance. Overall experience is fanastic.
