great location, onsen with a view of beppu tower, common living room and kitchen

A little tired, but everything we needed. Close to restaurants and the Beppu Tower. Nice, hot onsen included.

Everything great. Beautiful japanese style bedroom, tatami very comfortable. Fully furnished kitchen and really nice onsen and common area with games. Perfect

It was really inexpensive and also there was a cotton candy machine in the lobby. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, they also stored my luggage safely before check-in time.

Basic Japanese style tatami room. Value for money. Walking distance to the train station and bus station. Don Quixote is just 5 mins away. There is an indoor onsen but really basic. Good enough though to refresh.

Amazing value for money. The location was great (close to train station and bus terminal). Having an onsen within the hotel was a plus.

this is japanese type room,tatami room for 6 pax.so you will sleep on the floor.the bed was comfort and blanket was good enough.the heater was well functioning also. the bathroom i can say was not o.k. the shower was not hot.it looks like a run down bathroom.but the bathroom size is big. the location was o.k i think.to park your car just very near to the hotel.no lift and our room was at 2nd floor. there is public bath onsen but we didnt use it.outside at main door there is foot bath,it was a bit hot,good to put your leg in. but the roads to this hotel is very small and you need to drive carefully.even narrow roads is still have car coming. if you in big group but need a budget stay,then this should be good for your.dont expect like a normal hotel,this is japanese style staying.

A nice budget place to stay at. We liked the kitchen, the common play area and the onsen. Also nicely located, not far from the train station.
