“Fab - would recommend”
The onsen was phenomenal, it looks way better than it does in the pictures. The hotel is older but it gives off a truely authentic vibe. the rooms are much bigger than other Japanese hotels too. Staff are very hospitable and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay.

Really nice classic hotel with good communications to some of the main attractions in Beppu. There is a outdoor bath and a quiet neighbourhood all-in-all

“Wonderful”
The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. My 15 month got a yukata. Loved the iced cold and hot water for consumption in the room. The room face the Beppu bay.

“Very nice stay”
Very nice place. Easy access. The room was very confortable with a nice view on the canal and mountains.

“Wonderful hotel”
The location next to the river is super nice. Some rooms have sea view. They offer buffet for breakfast. The onsen was wonderful. I can highly recommend this hotel. I loved it and didn't want to leave. Thanks for the fantastic time

“Beppu is a fun, but also relaxing town.”

“Wonderful stay at the hotel and we will definitely recommend it to friends who visit Beppu.”
We like the room, the Hot Spring and lots of space to park in the car park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast variety is also good. We added a dinner meal which comes as a set and food is delicious and well presented with great service from the staff. Overall the experience in this hotel is great. In our trip, we stayed in 4 different location and Beppu Pastorol Hotel gave my whole family of 4 the best experience.
