“Good value and comfort stay”
My second time in this hotel. Great location and friendly staffs. In particular love the rooftop onsen and the lounge where you can listen to a Vinyl record or two. Very relaxing after going to the onsen.

“Great location and lovely breakfast”
The hotel location was good, walking distance from the train station and close to the water for morning walks. The bus stops were close by for a visit to 7 hells. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was kind and helpful.

“Good value for money.”
Located quite nearbt the bus stop from the airport, The room was much bigger than we used to see here in Japan, the breakfast was tasty and almost in the western style. The beds were firm and comfortable.

“Big rooms, very friendly staff, nice oncen on the roof, liked the family feeling of this hotel”
I like the human social side of this hotel. It is a bit old but very charming. The onsen on the roof is very nice, also the relaxing room close to the onsen, with an old record player and books made it very cosy. The rooms are very spacious and the staff on the front desk is very kind and helpful.

Well located. Very friendly staff. Basic amenities, but all essentials provided. Was nice to be able to open a window. Room was quite large by Japanese standards.

“Fantastic holiday feel and great staff”
I loved my stay here. The staff are great. It’s right by the sea. Everything you need is close by. Beppu is an interesting, quirky place. The onsen is lovely on the roof. The other onsen is very relaxing. My room was terrific with partial sea view. Has a real holiday feel overall.

Great onsen on roof! Special made breakfast set. Very kind staff. Nice retro feeling in this family hotel. Windows can open for cool air!! Great warm duvet. Few minutes walk from Beppu rail station.
