It’s a true ryokan experience, delicious food and very friendly and attentive staff. A lot of thought has been put into making the experience of staying here great and memorable, lots of small details which make it a pleasure to stay. The onsen is also amazing and very much fits perfectly into the entire experience. I will definitely come again as among the ryokans in the Beppu city area this is a contender for the best considering the reasonable and fair price.
