“Convenient location to amenities”
I like it that it is remote check in and check out. It is fuss free and convenient. The room has all the needs. It is also in modern design. Generally, the room is clean though there are signs of wear from use. It is a short 3 min walk to Beppu Station and walking distance to 2 malls, the beach and Beppu Tower.

“Modern and comfy”
The modernity and location of the place makes up for the fact that it didn't have a view. It's very close to Beppu Station, making it a good base.

“Zen self service lodging”
Room is set up nicely with microwave, fridge, aircon etc... Nice sofa area to relax, decent big for 2 adults. Great sound proofing, the railway track didn't bother us.

“Fantastic, very comfortable.”
Everything that a traveller needs was provided: toothbrush, slippers, kettle, dishwashing liquid, ample shelves for putting things, great layout of the room. The only thing is: you should provide each traveller with a New sponge for washing their cutlery. There is even 2 carpark lots outside the hotel.
