This place is a real paradise. The accommodation has a great location, just a three-minute walk from a beautiful, quiet beach where we spent most of our time completely alone. The rooms are spacious, fresh-smelling, clean, and modernly furnished. A big advantage is the fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The property also has two terraces and a well-maintained garden where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. This area IS Also good for those, who want to experiense kind of active holiday. Our trips were unforgotenable- turtoise hatchery and releasing small turtles into the ocean,boat safari, Budha temple, snorkeling with corals and fishes and many others. Dinesh and his wife was helpful with everything. Finally, I must mention the best part of this accommodation: the wonderful family of Dinesh and Sashiniki. They are the kindest, warmest, and most helpful people who made our holiday truly special and authentic. They vám help with really everything.Every dinner they served us was an unforgettable experience. Fresh fishes,seafood,salads,a lot of fruits, true srilankan specialities. I cannot fully express in words how grateful we are to have met them. Thank you for everything our friends — we can’t wait to come back.

Room was good. Location was good for us. It was in a village, but we like such properties, far from the crowd. Beach was at a walking distance.

This place lives up to its name!! It is truly paradise - located in a quiet area of Kosgoda away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is walking distance from the villa and free of crowds. The ocean is warm and clean. But the host family, Dinesh and Shashini, were even better than the beach. They picked us up from the train station, cooked us delicious breakfasts and dinners (dinner very reasonably priced) and they showed us such kindness and friendliness. Dinesh even took me to the doctor and pharmacy. The bedroom and bathroom are HUGE and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. There is a supermarket and gym walking distance from the villa. Dinesh organised a massage and yoga session too. Highly recommend you vist this family and stay at their villa. You will wish you could stay even longer.

The hotel currently has only two rooms, and since we were a family of four, the whole property felt private and peaceful. We had rooms with terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a beautiful garden, which made the stay especially comfortable. The rooms were very clean, with spacious bathrooms, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The hosts were extremely welcoming — fresh coconuts on arrival, pre-cooled rooms, and mosquito repellent on the terraces showed great attention to detail. Breakfast was served in the garden, varied and filling. It’s also possible to order dinner or arrange a massage at the hotel. The almost empty beach is just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for long walks and enjoying beautiful sunsets. We truly wished we had stayed longer.

such a lovely family, we had a great stay! the room was clean and we had everything needed. the space had a nice garden too with sunbeds and hammock. there was a kitchen a washing machine. very close to the beach and to the supermarket. they also had a professional masseuse (much recommended!) for a very good price. the breakfasts were out of this world. but what made it super special was the host family. thank you Shashinika and Dinesh for your hospitality! we hope we can come back soon.

Owners, Dinesh and Sashimi, are fantastic hosts. Whole facility is very comfortable, nice quite garden. Location is great, 3 minutes walk to the beach, and supermarket. Great breakfasts and nice dinners, cooked by Sashimi.

“Didn’t want to leave!”

After six weeks travelling around Sri Lanka and staying in over 20 hotels/villas, this was the best. Very closely located to turtle beach, the villa had two beautifully appointed bedrooms where no expense had been spared. They really are amazing, as are the hosts Dinesh and Sashimi who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfasts were fantastic and so we ate in both nights. Sashimi is a great cook and Dinesh keeps the lager very cold. We would have loved to have stayed here longer!!!!!

“Beautiful stay in a wonderful location”

Dinesh & Shashini are incredible hosts. We received the warmest welcome on arrival and they were there to help with anything we needed - including laundry! Breakfast was excellent as was the dinner they served us! Dinesh also drove us to the airport for a good price and gave us plenty of recommendations around the local area. Plenty of car, scooter & tuktuk parking available within a secure & gated area An awesome place!

Delicious dinner prepared by our hosts. Kalmari and fish were best we ate during our trip and it was charged with very reasonable price.

Really loved this place. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately someone beat us to it. Breakfast was amazing and staff were lovely. There is a kitchen you can use and washing machine too for a small fee. The beach is very nice and quiet with a few decent restaurants. It is about a 2 minute walk from the house.

We liked everything! Spacious clean room with AC, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden and really lovely and helpful hosts ❤️ We loved to visit the turtle conservation project nearby and there is an abandoned beautiful beach 5 minutes by walk. We would definitely stay there again as we unfortunately had only 1 night.

Wow only lovely words for this place! First of all: the owners are the best. They are so friendly and helpful. Second: the house is great. The room is very clean, you have a fan and AC, big bathroom, a terrace, good wifi and a nice green garden. Also breakfast was delicious! And at last: the house is 2 minutes walk from a quiet beach and also a supermarket. If you want some rest and not in a touristic area. This is perfect!

A great stay in a beautiful villa. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a massive bathroom. Also a shared kitchen and lounge area with only one other room. The family was so welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to be amazing hosts, driving us where we wanted to go and cooking a delicious dinner. A brilliant stay, wish we had been there longer.

“Beautiful Paradise”

I really can't write a good enough review for these fantastic hosts and this absolute paradise of a location. Four of us arrived for a 3 night stay in Bentota and I had organised ahead that we would like to mark our 25 year anniversaries on the beach. Our hosts went above and beyond my expectations by decorating the beach for a little ceremony, decorating our rooms and providing a stunning meal with the freshest fish imaginable. It was all perfect. After this our hosts also took us to the local sea turtle hatchery, got up super early to take us to Marissa whale watching, showed us the ancient fort in Galle, Coconut rock view point and turtle beach where the turtles come and feed from your hand. They also showed us the best places to eat and generally couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Thankyou 🙏
