It’s not a first line, it’s a zero line, the ocean is so closed to the hotel. Absolutely stunning clean hotel with great location. Great and friendly stuff. I was even allowed to stay free of charge regarding my flight. Perfect place! Will I be back here? Definitely yes! Will I recommend that hotel to all my friends? Yes!🇱🇰♥️

Very kind staff, from check in till check out very helpful. The Chief menu is excellent, he is a very kind person and experienced. We enjoyed the cuisine, the rooms were nice and clean. The room is huge. Pool with clean water. We really recommend this hotel. It is family friendly for a good price.

The Staff is the biggest upside: very helpful an giving their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast and the food in general was good/ok and not as bad as many other ratings mentioned it. The palm tree garden is very nice and maintained. The reception area, restaurant and commen areas in general are beautifully designed.

“Nice for swimmers, yet has something to improve”
Location is great, you can see and hear the ocean waves. Staff is friendly, when I faced issues I was offered a better room. Laundry is very fast. Many nice restaurants in 5-10 min tuktuk distance.

“Comfortable stay at a tastefully done place and excellent location”
The staff was very friendly and polite. Especially Prasad who was attending us. He attended us is a very warm and courteous. The service they provide is amazing. The location of the resort is perfect and the view is outstanding. Food was delicious too.

“Our little piece of paradise with wonderful views”
Hotel location was perfect, beachfront with seaviews to die for, room size exceptionally large, excellent bathroom facilities with double basins and very big shower cubicle. Cleaned daily, breakfast was also good, not buffet style as we had previously experienced elsewhere, it was brought out to you fresh fruit, yogurt with honey, pastry, bread and choice of either full English or Sri lankan. Chef was very attentive always wanting to please with any requests or preferences, could not fault this in any way. All grounds and pool areas well maintained daily by very hard working staff. All hotel staff very friendly nothing was too much for them.

“The staff were absolutely lovely and very kind. The property is unbelievably tired and needs ALOT of work done on it.”
The pool was beautiful as was the location on the beach. The beds were very comfortable.
