My type of accomadation. Helpfully when needed but space to come and go. Loverly pool and breakfast and close to beach.

A wonderful oasis set in a large and colourful garden, within walking distance of the beach and a range of restaurants. The accommodation varies in size and modern facilities according to which building it is in, our small room had a comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, a/c, and wifi. An excellent breakfast was served in the historic central building. Good pool and very friendly staff, especially the wonderful Sumí.

Big room, balcony, beautiful swimming pool. Near the beach. Good breakfast, lovely staff. An Ayurvedic massage from a local Ayurvedic centre was arranged for me in my room, very reasonable price, the practitioner was very skilled and professional.

It was very heart felling stay and The Manager is taking care of everything and staff will provide you what you require even before you request also the host will provide all the transportation with tuk tuk ride for short distance and long distance by car it's overall it was very heartfelt you never want to leave the place once you felt it..we are coming back before leave this beautiful island ..

All the staff members were always friendly and especially Sumi helped us a lot, gave us useful information and also offered help in case we need it for our next travel destinations in Sri Lanka, like tours or taxi companies in other regions that aren't overpriced. Special was also the baby turtle releasing that I could participate in thanks to Sumi. The breakfast was delicious, always freshly cooked with everything we needed and wanted. The room was big and comfortable too and the pool was always clean with just the right temperature to relax in the water. The long quiet beach is close by, as well as some good restaurants. All in all the Residence Bentota is an amazing place to have some relaxing holidays.
