“Did the job, good value.”
Breakfast - well filling ! Mama did a cake business on the side, so there was always a couple of slices added. Served on my own upstairs balcony. Renaissance is newly built, and airconned. Room and bathroom were fine. Only a few rooms. Location is no more than ten minutes to the beach, passing the Bentota railway station ( one platform 😉 ) on the way. Theres a group of good value restaurants by the side of the railway tracks. And you can get beer at the local liquor shop - ten minutes walk away - and store it in the downstairs fridge. Ordered a 4am airport taxi through the place, and that went off fine. All in all a good little stay for a few nights.

“Perfect value and area! Go to Bentota”
Best place to stay in Bentota! Silent area and 5 minute walk from the beach. Also a beer shop on the road at 2 minutes. The breakfast is huge and delicious! The rooms are very nice and have quiet AC. I was very happy and extend my stay. The area is great for SURF, at the beach, Ashrock help me getting a board (negotiate because you can get an hour for 1000-1500 LKR). The local restaurant he recommended was great too! For the money I pay I am more than happy.

“Wonderful experience”
We had a lovely one-night stay here,We instantly wished we were staying longer.The guest house hosts were very warm and welcoming,and the space you have is private.The picture is exactly like it is in person, bright and extremely clean.I really don't understand how a place can be this clean, it's impressive. The breakfast is amazing & delicious.Highly recommend Renaissance Villa Bentota.Best wishes.

“Amazing stay at one of the best value places I’ve been..!”
We really enjoyed our stay..!The location is very beautiful & close to a clean & amazing beach.Great restaurants are in the area as well.The host is very kind and the breakfast was delicious and very clean.The room and especially bathroom was very clean.We had wonderful stay with Renaissance Villa.The host Mr.Lal & her wife couldn’t do enough for us.Their son also helped with arranging a car and driver for picking up us from air port at a reasonable price.We highly recommend Renaissance Villa Bentota.Next time we will stay longer..!
