Occidental Eden Beruwala truly stands out for its wonderful hospitality.The staff were welcoming,Professional and attentive from the very beginning. Check-in was smooth and the front office team explained everything clearly. The restaurant staff were friendly and ensured every meal was enjoyable. Housekeeping provided excellent service,keeping the room clean and comfortable. What impressed us most was the staff's genuine care and friendliness, they also decorated the room and sent a cake for my boyfriends birthday . Their positive attitude created a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt well looked after during our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

It was clean, quiet, well-maintained and beautiful. The pool was also clean and very big. The loungers areas was super nice and relaxing. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also some nice riverside and beachside restaurants around if you want more variety. The breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing and very opulent!

Great location,friendly, wellcoming staff,Miss Lithara, and the team ensure we had a great and wonderful stay.. Not to forget, room upgrades made our stay more special.

Hotel is very well equiped - you got wellness here, sqash court, gym. It's right in front on beach with it's own entrance. Food for breakfast was very good - you can choose from many many meals, which all are tasty. Restaurant Sippi with own delicious meals is nice place for dinner or lunch (if you don't have half board) - meals are cooked fresh.

Our experience at Eden Resort was outstanding, largely due to the incredible service from 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. From check-in to check-out, she was a star! Eashani and her team went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests, even small ones like a cake knife or an à la carte menu. Our room was perfectly set and spotless. We were also very grateful for the late check-out arranged by Eashani and her reception team. This visit to Eden Resort was absolutely worth it!

Very courteous staff. Lathira in reception was very helpful also organised our grand daughters birthday party. Also the team went out of the way to look after our vegetarian needs. Also special mention to Madhusanka on Sippi alacarte Restaurant. He was extremely courteous and efficient to make some vege meals etc.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful sea view and located next to a clean and nice beach. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional, and a special thanks to Lithara, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better with her service minded focus and attention. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay.

Great facilities, really friendly staff, and lovely rooms. Set back from the chaos of Bentota and right on the beach which is a welcome relief. Very tasty food and a good mix of options for everyone.

Very nice. We were upgraded to a Director’s suite with no extra charge. Very comfortable stay. The member of staff named Priya was very courteous. She showed us all the facilities in the room. We enjoyed the food. The hotel made us feel very comfortable. We would love to go back again.
