“Room not as described but overall not bad.”
Decent location about 10 mins walk from Bentota village. Small shops and food places close by. Nice garden, bed was comfy and the bathroom was modern. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I really loved this place and stayed longer than I planned. I chose this place because of the garden, the neatness of the interior and the good owner of this place. The owner is very kind, genuinely helpful with everything, and you can tell he puts his best into this place. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a beautiful garden, oversized beds, and a newly renovated bathroom.This place is always clean and fresh. There's a small pond on the property. It's convenient that there's a convenience store across the street with essentials and places to eat. The beach is easily reached by tuk-tuk in 7 minutes for 200 rupees. The place is quiet and pleasant. The garden is already shaded by 3:00 PM, which is nice. Thank you!

The location was very pleasant and very spacious just like shown in the photos. The staff was very helpful. Washroom was very nice and clean and all the other facilities were amazing. Very suitable for a clam stay.
