“Good recommendation, good Location, only a 10 minute walk to the Beach”
There‘s a small Kitchen inclusive, so you can easily make your own breakfast; everything else is within walking distance or räche le by tuktuk. Ajith is helpful with any questions and also has excellence tips for Shopping and excursions. It‘s Not a luxury Apartment, but it offers everything you need. The beds are very good.

“Wonderful, relaxing and an abundance of fresh, healthy food and drink.”
Great location and close to beach, shopping, restaurants and a variety of personal services (my wife took advantage of therapy massages). The owner was extremely hospitable, and the breakfast was a delight...we didn't know he was an ex-resort chef from the Bahamas and UAE (a great surprise) who is also good with Sri Lankan cuisine. As we are early risers it was great fun to watch the squirrels playing on the back lawn in the morning along with a variety of birdlife in the trees and flowers in the garden. It was a great break, and we would highly recommend the villa and its host.
