Everything you could ask for in a holiday rental. Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation, really near to the beach, bank, shops and restaurants, quiet, comfy beds and the standout feature - amazing service from the host Latha. She makes a fantastic breakfast every morning at the time you want, helps with any arrangements for trips and travel, is always on hand for anything else you want. You can even opt for a home cooked local meal at the villa (she is an excellent cook who also runs Sri Lankan cookery lessons). Nothing was too much trouble - thanks Latha!

Wonderful spacious villa with a really lovely lady who comes round to cook your breakfast which is truly delicious. Two bedrooms with very comfortable beds , loads of pillow and great aircon in both bedrooms Front bedroom has lovely views over the lake, or just sit on the balcony and what the sun set Bathroom has very good hot water for showers. Little pool at the front with a large aquarium and some sun beds There is a working kitchen but we let Latha cook and what an amazing dish it was. 5 minute walk into town or 5 minute walk to the beach. We ate outside for breakfast and inside for dinner Great value for money We loved it that much we booked another 2 days Would recommend to everyone

It's an amazing super comfortable villa with everything you need. The ocean is just within 5 minutes walk, the food city is round the corner. WiFi was excellent for online work, kitchen had all the necessary and both the owner and the manager did everything to make our stay even more comfortable. There is a very beautiful patio with an aquarium. I highly recommend this place!

The house was very cute and comfortable. We loved the pool and close distance to the beach. Latha cooked us breakfast each morning which was tasty. A great budget-friendly option for staying within walking distance to Bentota Beach.

The villa was clean and tidy. Host was too good and helpful. We booked on the last moment it was well managed.

A truly wonderful property with two large a/c bedrooms, kitchen, living area and nice balcony. Really clean and beautiful decorated. Has a nice balcony overlooking a lake. Lovely front garden with dining table, mini aquarium (yes seriously) and a small pool. The manager Latha and her assistant Waruna are beautiful kind people who made me and my partner feel so welcome. Highly recommended.
