Lovely villa 5 minutes from beach and restaurant peace and quiet other than the birds and langurs in the trees above you .volipoli is the lovely lady that cooks breakfast and looks after you,dilan the owner looked after us and took us into bentota to show us around .had a lovely time and theres some really good beach restaurants close by

“Our exceptional stay”

We stayed in Lenora Villas for 4 days and we absolutely enjoyed it. Villa was very very clean and so comfortable in a very nice quiet location. And host and the lady were so nice to us, whenever we needed something, they were there. And very very nice breakfast.

Dilan is very helpful and Friendly, the villas were spotlessly clean, probably the cleanest we stayed so far. The bungalows had everything you need for a short stay and anything else we wanted was provided to us immediately. Quiet location to watch wild life. It was good we opted for breakfast option. There was a misunderstanding regarding number of beds as I was travelling with my mum we had one very large bed. Not deal breaker but I prefer having my own bed. Dilan gave me my own bungalow... which was very comfortable and clean. Watched monkeys while having shower... ❤️❤️

We had the big Villa with an entrance room with a wash basin and tea/coffee making facilities. The main bedroom with the very comfortable big bed was equipment with airconditioning. The large bathroom has an outdoor shower which we enjoyed. All modern and well looked after. All that in a rural setting just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Thank you to Dilan who made our stay very comfortable.

Clean room, though rather tight on space. Good a/c. Quiet at the back of the property. Nice space with table in front to take breakfast.

Owner and staff were good. Location is near by beach. You have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the beach through beach club restaurent. Beach is clean and beach club restaurent serves good sea food.Greated with complementry drink on arrival.

“Great first place to stay in Sri Lanka”

Our host Dillon could not have been more helpful. He picked us up from the airport in the early hours and even has his own tuk in which he took us to local sites. The villas are very private with lovely garden, clean and comfortable. We had both breakfast choices, both amazing and so much we never needed lunch! Induruwa beach less than 5 minutes walk and much quieter than Bentota, but plenty of restaurants choose from

We have great time here. Great location and villa conditions. Great service (thanks Dilan). There are also sun-beds there, so you can take sun bathes without leaving the villa and then go to the beach just for swimming. It is located in quite place (not on the main road), so there are no noises.

The place is lovely with only 3 villas among the jungles. It’s nice to have breakfast among nature. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. And I liked the design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent. It’s around 6-7 minutes walking to the ocean.

“Quiet location in Induruwa”

We enjoyed our one-week stay at the villa. It is located in a nice garden and it is very quiet. The beautiful beach is accessed easily through one of the hotels bordering or through the Beach Club (free chair if you consumed something). We were served an excellent breakfast every morning. Communication with the host, Dilan, was easy. Highly recommended

The breakfast was arranged as per guest demand, property is very quiet, surrounding are clean.Lunch and dinner is not available in hotel.

We was given a very friendly welcome. Shown round the villa which was set in beautiful surroundings. The villa was immaculately clean and well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay. We had fresh sheets and towels everyday. The villa was cleaned the day. Lovely friendly staff. Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever been to.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Very comfortable bed/matress and the best shower ever (open with moskito net). Calm nice garden. I did an Ayurveda treatment 4 minutes away by foot. I recommend highly.

Amazing place, very quiet, stylish, very well done. There are 3 villas for guests, but they are all located so that guests do not interfere with each other and feel very alone. A very friendly host Dillon. A pleasant assistant who cooked breakfast every day and cleaned the room. Dillon allowed us to use the owner's kitchen and we prepared dinner ourselves every day, what saved the budget significantly. Villa is 5 minutes from the beach. The place is located in a quiet area, the railway is almost inaudible - trains run very rarely. A very beautiful garden, made with love, with statue of Buddha and flowers. If you are planning to stay at this area this place is definitely the best.

amazing location with great support staff. The experience was amazing and the people made us like home.. even arranged a tuk tuk for us and authentic Srilankan breakfast. Have travelled a lot but this will remain my favourite property. i certainly will come back soon.
