“Great budget place to stay.”
The place is super clean. The room was comfy and had a little balcony in front. Hot water, strong WiFi. Free welcome teapot. Nice breakfast at an additional charge. The reason I ended up here was that another place I booked through this app double booked my room and told me to find another place at around 4 p.m.

We rented two rooms upstairs. Although they were not air-conditioned, the fens did a decent job of keeping the heat down. The owner's family lives downstairs and never bothered us, and if we needed anything, help was always provided immediately. The house is located in a very quiet area, there is a direct entrance to the Bentota platform and further along the overpass to the beach (only 5 minutes walk). The bed linen was clean, the plumbing was in good working order, the electrics and gas stove worked properly. PS: for swimming with children there is a bay without waves 300m to the left of the main entrance to the beach.

“The Lady was Very Friendly and Helpful. At our request, She Brought Very Nice Tea in a Teapot with two cups & Sauce”
It’s Conveniently situated near the Bentota Railway Station, a 5 minute walk, beyond to the West is the Golden Sands Beach stretching a very long way. The Indian Ocean was Calm & Warm, with the ability to walk West around 50 meters into it with waters to chest level. Evenings the sea may get somewhat stronger. There are a few GOOD Restaurants, near the Police Station & BOC with Cash Machines! The Best Being Islanda Bentota by the Small Lake, followed by the Grill near BOC!

“Nice small apartman not far from Bentota beach”
Its a small apartmant with a small fridge,nice and comfortable bed,whole family were very kind and hospitable,i enjoy my stay,was relaxed like at home...Vimen the father,Mother and daughter Kavindi all was very helpfull... Its like 1km from Bentota beach what wasnt a problem for me as I was with scooter... I would stay again when back...

“Nice cosy apartman with small balcony”
Its a nice okay room with small fridge and toailet,with small balcony,just a little off the main road...and approximetly 1km from beautiful and big Bentota beach, stres streching probably 4 or 5km and pretty wide... Whole family were vety friendly and hospitable,Vimen the father and Mother also,and daughter Kavindi...i really enjoyed my stay there and would definetly stay again when back...

We had a really nice stay here, very friendly hosts. The balcony was wonderful and you had a really nice view and a beautiful garden. We also had delicious homemade breakfast and dinner, which we could eat on the balcony.
