Chitra Ayurveda is a beautiful residency situated in the town of Bentota. Featuring stylish rooms with elegant décor, guests also enjoy free internet access and free parking space. Only 300 metres from Bentota Railway Station, the accommodation is also just 50 metres from the beach. It is 80 km from Colombo City and 110 km from Bandaranaike International Airport. Great breakfast at main building (4-5 min walk). Beach access also through main building which is down the street. Loved the house - many animals around, no traffic noise at all, attentive and nice staff and owners - Pool by house was so nice also. 3 sizable bedrooms, each with double bed. Would come again.

“Beautiful, clean, warm and so close to the beach!”
We loved our stay here. The hosts were very warm and went out of their way to honour our requests. Beautiful rooms and a stone's throw away from the beach. Very clean garden where one can enjoy a wholesome breakfast. We enjoyed the spa facilities as well. Only one must figure out the meals on their own. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling as a group or solo.

Pool was nice, breakfast was delicious. Hotel was near the beach, although the villa was a bit set back, we were offered lifts everywhere. The staff were exceptional and so so very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights in the family room. This place is so serene and green, although it is so close to the popular Bentota beach. The host family and staff are very good and make sure the stay is comfortable. Very good traditional breakfast in their home was a wonderful experience. They also recommended us good places for dinner and lunch. Me and my wife also had ayurveda massages which we liked very much. Definitely recommend a stay for the amazing location and warm hospitality.
