Chami Villa Bentota is located in Bentota just 50 metres from the beach and 100 metres from Bentota Railways Station. the guesthouse provides simple accommodation with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi access. Rooms here will provide you with air conditioning, mosquito nets and a private balcony. Featuring a shower, the bathrooms also come with free toiletries and towels. Extras include linen and a fan. Great value for money. Excellent location, just 300 meters from the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The owner is very humble, cooperative, and welcoming. The food is very good, with excellent vegetarian options for breakfast.

“the best hospitality!”
When talking about our time in Sri Lanka, our one night in Bentota keeps coming up as one of the highlights of our trip. And this is because of the lovely people we met and the amazing time we had in Bentota. Chami Villa's host is the kindest and most generous person there is. Even though we only stayed one night, he invited us to his birthday party. We shared the table and the most amazing and the richest food with him, his family and other guests and it was the most fun night you can imagine. To be met with such amazing hospitality is truly special. A big thank you and if you ever come to Germany again, you are very much invited! The room is simple but clean, has everything you need and is even equipped with a mosquito net. If you stay, you will meet the nicest people, the loveliest dog and the best hospitality.

“An excellent base to explore Bentota from.”
Close to both beach and town. Several good restaurants in the vicinity. We particularly liked the ones by the railway track and platform of Bentota station. Chami is a great guy who can fix anything from a drink to an excursion or a SriLankan breakfast!

“Lovely place to stay!”
It is a very clean place and it looks new. Chami and the staff were very friendly. It is close to the train station (1minute away)and also near the beach ( 2 or 3 mins walk). The breakfast was perfect, a good selectiong of fresh fruit, omellete or fried eggs, toast, tea/cofee, fresh papaya juice.. we loved it! We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Our second time in Chami Villa this year. It just keeps getting better and better. Chami, Rathu and Shandika are the perfect hosts. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and spacious. Breakfast is exceptional.
