We were treated bad the host did not pick our calls they did not open for us and we sent an 1 30min we were stranded at the garage we called he took our call to ask irrelevent ques like either we werw SAs on not even made it clear that they did not open for us deliberately " there was a black guy my sister could not open I am protecting my sister" we were offended n the host was very rude to us

The whole town was experiencing electricity shut down but we still had electricity

I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The atmosphere was overwhelmingly serene, with every detail attended to. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless, relaxing stay throughout.

I received an email at 23h41 to inform me that they do not accept check ins after 22h00. No where was this information disclosed when I booked and paid. Upon booking I requested check in between 23h00 and 00h00 because we traveled from MP province. It took us a while to get a hold of the owner, he then took us to another one of his guesthouses which we found not up to standard. At 00h40 we found alternate accommodation. I request a full refund as we never checked in or stayed the Ailani Grey.

This is amazing place where Ive spent a quite day before my long travel to Brazil. The room is huge and the bed is like gigantic which was great. In the bathroom there is a tub as well as shower. The area is very safe and chill. And the owner, Salome is very very hospitable and nice person it was a pleasure to meet her. Thank you for everything it was great to rest at your place!

We booked at a different guest house which canceled at 7pm. We booked a room at Ailani after 7pm with no hassle, arrived at 8 pm and we felt so welcome. Best stay in a long time!
