“All good for the price. Central location”

The hotel is not new, but the owners try to keep it in good condition. The rooms and the furniture feel slightly outdated. However, the bathroom was renovated and felt really good and comfortable. The beds were superb for the price. All was clean. The breakfast was really nice.

Everything was just perfect for a lovely, relaxing holiday. All the staff were super friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure every morning.

The hotel location was excellent for the harbour area, cafes, restaurants, and boat trips as well as all the beaches. Free parking to rear. Very clean room, simple style but it has all you need including a fridge, comfortable and quiet with even a glimpse of the sea in the morning, obscured by trees.

Excellent breakfast with a good choice of food. Possibly a little expensive wse thought. Car parking was good and location was ecellent - a two minute walk down to the port and marina area and about 10 minutes to the lovely beach. Plenty of coastal walking in both directions and a 5-minute boat ride to a lovely village, St.Marie, on the other side of the river for more coastal walks.

Booking.Com did not tell hotel I had amended the booking. The hotel then tried to put us in a twin bed room after I had shown that the amended booking was for a 3 bed room. After I had complained to the manager/owner she part us in the room I had booked. It was empty!!

We recently spent 16 days touring around Brittany and booked a night in the Ker Vennaik Hotel. We thought we had booked for a Saturday night but upon arrival at the hotel realized that we had booked Sunday by mistake. The couple running the hotel could not have been more helpful, and quickly arranged accommodation in a nearby hotel for Saturday night, due to a last minute cancellation. We subsequently spent Sunday night in the Ker Vennaik, gigantic TV in room, very good breakfast. We paid for the room on check out and headed off on our travels. A little later we got a call from the hotel to say we had paid twice, once to Booking.com and again when leaving. They arranged to credit the second payment back to our account. A washbag with toiletries had also been left behind but as we were not going back in that direction we said we no longer needed it. We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the lovely couple running the hotel and their honesty in letting us know we had paid twice. The hotel is close to the pretty harbour of Benodet and guest parking is provided. A most enjoyable stay, highly recommended.

Myself and a friend arrived on our motorbikes. As soon as we arrived, the owners camr to greet us. Once off the bikes, we were shown where to park them in a secure garage. It was safe enough for us to leave our helmets and sat navs on the bikes. I had booked a room for 2 to share with 2 single beds. We were upgraded to a house next door with 3 massive double bedrooms.

I had a nice third floor room with a view of the gardens,lighthouse and the sea in the distance. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Superb location… a few steps away from the beach and restaurants on the water front, yet situated in a very calm and pleasant area. Charming building and rooms.

The staff and management were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine fresh bread great and coffee good. The room was spacious and quiet other than seaguls.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, June 21/23. Lovely comfortable hotel, just a few minutes from port, beach & restaurants. Excellent choice for breakfast. Secure parking on site. Efficient friendly staff. English spoken. Hotel well maintained and clean.
