“Great peaceful place, really good value for money.”
Everything was really fine for our one-night stop-over. But I would also recommend the place for an extended stay, it is excellent value. We were delayed and arrived really late, but thankfully the host waited for us patiently. Thank you!

“Perfect stay with 3 children”
We had a 6-day long holiday here with our 3 small children. Everything was perfect. The apartment is located in the calm village of Tinj, few minutes drive from the motorway’s exit. 8 minutes drive to Biograd na Moru and about a half an hour drive to Zadar. The property is clean, perfectly enough for a family. Around the house grapeyarda and olive trees everywhere. Owners are very kind. Good price. I hope we can return once.

The address says Tinj street in Benkovac but actually the property is located in small town called Tinj which is about 15 km from Benkovac so it took my family 2 hours of driving to find the place. I recommend the host to change that as soon as possible because it causes confusion. The host did not provide any heating options beside the AC, although it was requested and agreed in advance, but the weather was warm so they weren’t cold. They said there was some spider webs on the walls and my family said it was not worth the value…taken in consideration that it is not high summer season.

“Great stay at Elena”
Great apartment in a peaceful countryside location, just a short drive away from Biograd na Moru and in vicinity of Zadar. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is new and very clean, there is even a washing machine. Bedrooms are great, comfortable. Host Elena is super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
