I overpaid due to some situations that were escalated to the hotel. Even though they promised that they would, they have yet to issue my refund. So, no, I didn't enjoy my stay or my interaction with them.

The receptionist Mirian was lovely and cautious in her service. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The service was prompt and the food great.
