The apartment was very modern, the bed was so comfy and the shower was brilliant. I always make sure we have a washing machine as we only take a small bag as I like to just wash things through. Everywhere was spotless and right at the end of Lavente beach so amazing view Landlord was very friendly and handover was super easy thankyou

We had a wonderful holiday in Benidorm, the Spanish Manhattan :) If the view from the window matters to you — this apartment is the right choice. The terrace offers an incredible panorama: it was fascinating to watch the sunrises and sunsets, the sky in different colors, and the sea. It was a real pleasure to spend time on the terrace, gazing at the sea and the city while sipping a cold glass of rosé Rioja :) The building is quiet and safe, located on a gated property. The neighbors were nice, but we hardly saw them, so our stay was very peaceful. The house is situated right by the sea, slightly elevated — you reach it by stairs and a short road. The climb was not difficult at all. The beach is very close, just a few minutes’ walk, and the apartment provides beach umbrellas if needed. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The key handover was extremely easy: the instructions from the hosts were very helpful and everything was perfectly arranged. We arrived and checked in without any problems. The apartment has an air conditioner, which worked quietly and cooled the space well. The fridge and the hob are new and fully functional. The bathroom is equipped with new fittings, always hot water and strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and we rested and slept well. We had a few questions for the hosts — they responded immediately. On the promenade there is a small but very nice supermarket. The fruits and vegetables there are excellent — Spain is truly the best in this regard. Larger supermarkets or markets can be reached by car. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering all kinds of cuisine. Would we like to return? Absolutely!

The appartment was beautiful. Recently decorated, clean, comfortable with air-conditioning and ceili g fans. Hairdryer, iron, washing machine....everything you want. Amazing Seaview and great location. Good communication with owners. Very helpful. Will definitely be going back to the apartment again!!!! ....❤️

Flat very well equipped with a view not to be forgotten, close to shops, pubs, etc. Owners very helpful. Can highly recommend to everyone :)

well-organized apartment in a very good location. Located on a cliff, close to the main promenade. Beautiful view of the sea and the city. Swimming pool available, not crowded. All requests, for example for a baby cot, are taken into account. A very clear system of transmitting information via WhatsApp.

Great apartment for 2 people, fabulous views, great location at end of Levante beach. recently refurbished, so the apartment felt crisp and fresh. Fabulous shower. Was easy for us to keep clean on a daily basis as we spent 17 nights here. Great having washing machine and tumble dryer as there wouldn't have been enough hours of sun on balcony at this time of year to dry clothes, and we needed to keep on top of bedding and clothes. We had a need to contact landlord when our electricity tripped outside and our problem was resolved. Great having seats for beach, 2 recliner seats for terrace to enjoy the sun, and a shopping trolley had we needed it. We would definitely stay again

“An enjoyable stay and holiday.”

The apartment location is first class with views of the whole of Benidorm Sea front and beyond. Facilities at the apartment are very comfortable with a great full sized shower. Finally the owners Angeles and Jordi are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble to ensure that your holiday is enjoyable and trouble free. Recommend.
