“Great hotel for a few days in Benidorm”
Great location, facilities, swimming pools and spa area within the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool area, towels can be rented for €10 deposit. We had a 20th floor room with stunning views. Room was a bit dated but totally fine for a few days stay. We were half board and food was good, fresh and plenty of choice. All the staff that we seen in 5 days were very helpful, friendly and polite.

The room was dirty. Classed as a family hotel but no balls or floats In the pool. Noise from the cleaners and streets around were horrific

Very clean and high standard room. The finishes were excellent! Very good pool area with plenty of beds for everyone. We were even upgraded when we got there to a room with a better view and it was lovely!

Perfectly maintained, close enough to all the entertainment. Staff are amazing particularly Rosa and cinthia head of customer experience. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back.

“Fantastic stay”
Everything about the place. From the minute we crossed the door way we knew this was going to be a good hotel it was stunning. The staff were amazing we turned up at 9 o'clock in the morning and they were so accommodating a room wasn't quite ready for us so said to come back within the hour and they would have something ready. Which they did ... the room was clean and tidy and comfortable, we had a bed and breakfast deal and the breakfast buffet was really good. We will defo be back.
