“3 Nights in Benidorm. 26”

The Staff were brilliant , thank you to Javier and his team ( reception) for going above and beyond, thank you for the room upgrade😃 , bar, cleaners, restaurant all fantastic. The adults only rooftop bar is a nice touch with lovely views over the city. The food was simple and of good quality and choice. The snak bar was very organised and fast.

Breakfast was very good. Not many queues and good efficient staff clearing tables and replenishing food. Room and bathroom were good sizes and we appreciated having British TV channels.

We have stayed at this property twice previously to this stay hence returning for this extra one night. However if this had been our first stay we would never of returned. Only thing to say positive about this stay was Callum on reception who actually tried to soften the appalling experience

Venue and clean

This hotel is lovely. So big and clean. No war around the pool for sunbeds. Loads of sunbeds. The food was lovely. Loads of choice. The pool bar was also lovely with food from 12.30 midday till 6pm. The bar staff were very friendly except 1 at pool bar. The rooms were huge. 2 sinks in bathroom. Balcony was huge. Sun all day at pool. Entertainment at night was great. And Entertainment all day for kids.

Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Location was near shops and within walking distance to the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good with plenty of choice. The pool area was cleaned every day and sunbeds put out.

The staff both in reception and the restaurant were friendly, helpful and accommodating. There was a vast selection of food catering for all tastes including vegetarian. I felt it was a safe place for my young grandchildren. In general the entertainment in the evening was very good especially the Greatest Showman.

“Good family all inclusive”

Great all inclusive hotel, beautiful entrance and large pool area. Food was wonderful, quality drinks and plenty of choice for all inclusive. The room was spacious with English TV, Kettle, Bath, double bathroom sink and plenty of storage space - ideal for a family of 4. 15 minute stroll to the beach with plenty of bars and shops en route, Tropical family friendly bar opposite, 10 minute walk to the Market and a large play park just around the back of the hotel. We got a really great price so overall really impressed with the stay.

I like the reception area with all the animals and the swimming pool. Quique from reception in the afternoon evening was really kind and always with a smile.

It was clean. The accommodation staff were all friendly and lovely. The food chnaged frequently so that was good.
